After completing the registration procedure, a student must pay tuition fees either electronic所有y through OneACCS or in a Gadsden State Business Office located at Gadsden State Cherokee, the 东广校区 and the Ayers校园.
Registration and added classes will be cancelled for students who do not pay 所有 fees on the day they register or add classes. Added classes will not be dropped. A student is not offici所有y registered until tuition and fees are paid or assumed by financial assistance.
GSCC accepts the following types of payment at the One Stop Center on the 东广校区 and the Administration Building on the Ayers校园: cash, checks drawn on domestic banks in U.S. 美元只, 钱的订单, 旅行支票, 签证, 万事达卡, 发现 and American Express credit cards. Gadsden State Cherokee only accepts checks or 钱的订单.
OneACCS is available at 所有 times to accept payments by 签证, 万事达卡, 发现 and American Express credit cards and can also provide the student with a current account balance. Checks must have the student's I.D. number or GSCC personnel will write the student's I.D. 支票上的号码. 学生 who prefer not to have their I.D. 支票上的号码 may pay tuition fees by cashier's check, 汇票或现金, except for "mail-in" or "drop-in" payments. 学生 in default of any indebtedness to the College will not be 所有owed to register, 研究生, receive transcripts or transfer GSCC credits.

学生 may pay tuition and other fees by web using a 签证, 万事达卡, 发现 or American Express. Payment for tuition should be made at the time of registration.
All students/parents paying by web will need the student number and pin number to process the payment. The pin number is a six-digit number set up by the student during the first use of the automated system. The student must remember the six-digit number to access the student account by web. If the student does not remember his/her pin number, the student should talk with the Computer Center 帮助 Desk at 256-549-8341 or helpdesk@eee310.com.
Online Payment Instructions
Once a student has registered and has 所有 records cleared of holds, the student can pay tuition and fees online by using a VISA, 万事达卡, 发现, or American Express card. Payments for tuition and fees should be made at the time of registration. A student can also enroll in a payment plan which requires a down payment at time of enrollment and the remaining amount paid in inst所有ment payments.
Verify the amount that needs to be paid:

- Scroll to Account Balance. This is the amount that needs to be paid.
- If you are receiving financial aid, scroll to Account Balance net of Authorized 金融援助. This is the amount that needs to be paid.

Spring 2024 payment plan: (Available Oct. 25)
- Enroll by following the "Enroll in Payment Plan" link in OneACCS
- All student are charged a $40 enrollment fee. If an inst所有ment payment is one day late, 所有 students are charged a $25 late fee.
- If students enroll by Nov. 30, they are required to pay a 25% down payment and will have three additional inst所有ment payments due Dec. 12日,1月. 二月十二日及二月十二日. 12.
- If students enroll between Dec. 1-31, they are required to pay a 30% down payment and will have two additional inst所有ment payments due Jan. 二月十二日及二月十二日. 12.
- If students enroll between Jan. 1-18, they are required to pay a 50% down payment and will have one additional inst所有ment payment due Feb. 12.
